iShopChangi has many frequently changing sales and messages to deliver to their shoppers. While these often revolve around the same key focuses of “shop with us”, “spend less”, “shop at tax-free/tax-absorbed prices”, “save more with promo codes”, etc, these typical e-commerce messages can be told in more fun and interesting ways.

Over time (much to my delight), the client grew to love puns, wordplay, and rhymes among other writing tricks to spice up their copy. This has turned into a mainstay for most of their digital content going out today.
